What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide professional lawn care and licensed tree injection services (part-time).

• Train and transition into general pest control work (full training provided).

• Deliver high-quality service outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Operate independently in the field while being a key member of our team.

• Support and educate customers on best practices for lawn, tree, and pest management.

What We Expect From You

• Experience: Must be a licensed lawn care and tree injection technician. Pest control license not required—we will train you.

• Leadership: Management experience is a plus.

• Dependability: Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license held for at least 4 years, with no major violations in the past 5 years.

• Age & Testing: Must be 21+ with the ability to pass a drug test.

Schedule

• Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed
